WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?

Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders placed over the weekend will usually ship on Monday.

 

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I DON'T LIKE?

Sure! If you're just not feeling the love for your purchase, make sure it's unused, unwashed, has all original tags and packaging intact, is in resalable condition, and we'd be happy to take it back for a refund within 7 days of the original shipment date. Please email info@rebelroot.com with a brief reason for your return before you send the package back. You'll be responsible for return shipping and delivery confirmation. 


WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE OR I GOT THE WRONG THING?

No problem--send an email to info@rebelroot.com right away with a quick description of the problem (a photo is really helpful, too), and we'll take care of it ASAP! 


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Rebelroot accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. No card information is saved at Rebelroot and remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. PayPal is an alternative payment method for those who do not want to use their credit cards.


I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CAN I STILL PURCHASE THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

Yes you can. PayPal offers the convenience of logging in to your account or there is also the option to 'pay by debit or credit card'.  It’s a very simple, secure process.  

 

IS YOUR PAYMENT SAFE?

Rebelroot takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. Rebelroot processes all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor. Rebelroot does NOT keep full credit card information on record.
